Presidents Message

LES has always been on the forefront when it comes to promoting and building the entrepreneurial landscape of Pakistan. The society and its members play an active role in developing the local entrepreneurial ecosystem and supporting sustainable student-run initiatives. LES has also been able to expand its network globally and each year we continue to have more international participation in our events and initiatives. With the ongoing pandemic the need for entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship has increased significantly and so, for the year coming ahead, we are very enthusiastic to play our part in building, expanding and sustaining the entrepreneurial spirit and ecosystem within the country.

Our Objectives

  • Affiliate with local and international organizations which share the same vision as LES
  • Conduct entrepreneurial events and active ties with external participants throughout the year
  • Establish inter-society collaborations with other societies within LUMS
  • Help start entrepreneurial ventures within both LES and LUMS
  • Hold skill building workshops for society members throughout the year
  • Work towards creating and developing shared resources which are easily accessible for the entire LUMS community
  • Sustain alumni engagement by holding multiple alumni meetups during the year
  • Promote a positive work culture within and outside the society
  • Ensure that all values are sincerely followed by not just the SC but everyone else within the society
  • Strictly abide by the code of conduct as mentioned in the constitution
