Employer Relations are prepared to assist you in recruiting LUMS Students, increase your visibility on campus, and facilitate employer relationships within the university.
Employers have various needs which we serve by offering the following opportunities to access our student populations:
Hosting an Information Session is a terrific opportunity for you to educate LUMS students about your organization and recruitment Process.
Information Sessions/ Presentations are normally started in February every year or at the start of the Spring semester. The times available for presentations are Monday through Friday after 5:00pm or on Saturday after 1:00 pm. We do not grantee the participation of target students but we do send them reminders about your presentation on regular basis.

LUMS has designated interview rooms for employers to use during the recruitment process. This allows employers to maximize their recruiting efforts by accommodating the busy academic schedule of students and hosting interviews in LUMS.

LUMS hosts Career Fair every year in the end of January. Again the process is same as mentioned above in Registration/ Reservation.
