The Housing Office at the Office of Student Affairs (OSA), supports the academic mission of LUMS by providing a well-maintained residential environment for students. The atmosphere provided encourages learning, respects and appreciates individual differences and promotes a sense of community. While the Residential Colleges focus on enriching student lives by organising extra-curricular activities and fostering informal interaction with faculty members, the Housing Office oversees the activities of the Residential Colleges and deals with all aspects of on-campus residence, including student housing, accommodation, repairs and maintenance. The Housing Office staff ensures that students are safe, comfortable and enjoy their on-campus residence.
LUMS has four residential colleges which comprise of 10 residential buildings. The four residential buildings for female students are Mubarik Hall, Perwin Ali Hall, Henna-Amina Hall, and MZMG Hall. The six residential buildings accomodating male students are M1, Suleman Dawood Hostel, M2, M3, M4, Jehangir Siddiqui Hostel, M5, and M6.
Each residential building houses students from the various batches on-campus.
