Faysal Bank Limited conducted a campus drive for their Management Trainee Programme, where Saqib Mehmood, Head Branch Distribution and LUMS alumnus shared a brief introduction of the bank. He said that Faysal Bank’s footprint now spreads over 130 cities with over 455 (including 255 Islamic) branches, with total assets in excess of PKR 444.5 billion, placing it amongst the significant players in Pakistan’s banking industry.
Muhammad Zeeshan, Manager Talent Acquisition – Central shared the key features of the MT Programme with the students, which include structured classroom training, job rotations, real time challenging projects and coaching and mentoring by leaders. He also shared the application process with the students and enthusiastically answered their various queries.
